1. Acceptance / 同意

By accessing or using Kairo Vault (kairovault.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kairo Vault（kairovault.com）にアクセスまたは利用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスのご利用をお控えください。

2. Description of Service / サービスの説明

Kairo Vault is a read-only portfolio dashboard for the XRP Ledger. It displays on-chain data, provides analytical tools, and offers optional Pro features via paid subscription. Kairo Vault is:

• Not a financial advisor -- we do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice
• Not a broker or exchange -- we do not facilitate trades (all trading is executed via your wallet)
• Not a custodian -- we never hold, manage, or have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrases
• Not a lending protocol -- collateral ratio displays are informational only

Kairo Vaultは、XRP Ledger向けの読み取り専用ポートフォリオダッシュボードです。オンチェーンデータの表示、分析ツールの提供、および有料サブスクリプションによるPro機能を提供します。Kairo Vaultは以下に該当しません：

• 金融アドバイザーではありません -- 投資、税務、法律に関する助言は行いません
• ブローカーまたは取引所ではありません -- 取引の仲介は行いません（全取引はお客様のウォレットで実行されます）
• カストディアンではありません -- お客様の資金、秘密鍵、シードフレーズを保有、管理、またはアクセスすることは一切ありません
• レンディングプロトコルではありません -- 担保比率の表示は情報提供のみを目的としています

3. Non-Custodial Disclaimer / 非カストディ免責事項

Kairo Vault does not hold, store, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. All transactions are executed directly on the XRP Ledger through your own wallet application (Xaman, Crossmark, etc.). You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and all transactions you authorize.

Kairo Vaultは、お客様の秘密鍵、シードフレーズ、またはデジタル資産を保有、保管、管理、またはアクセスすることはありません。すべての取引は、お客様のウォレットアプリケーション（Xaman、Crossmarkなど）を通じてXRP Ledger上で直接実行されます。ウォレットのセキュリティおよび承認されたすべての取引に関する責任は、お客様ご自身にあります。

4. No Financial Advice / 金融アドバイスの否定

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All information displayed -- including prices, portfolio values, P&L calculations, DCA estimates, and break-even prices -- is for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

本プラットフォーム上のいかなる情報も、金融アドバイス、投資アドバイス、取引アドバイス、またはその他の助言を構成するものではありません。価格、ポートフォリオ価値、損益計算、DCA推定値、損益分岐点を含むすべての表示情報は、情報提供のみを目的としています。金融上の判断を行う前に、ご自身で調査を行い、資格のある専門家に相談してください。

5. User Responsibilities / ユーザーの責任

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Verifying all transaction details before signing in your wallet app
• All trading, lending, and financial decisions you make
• Complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction
• Any tax obligations arising from your cryptocurrency activities

以下の事項は、お客様の責任となります：

• ウォレットおよび秘密鍵のセキュリティ確保
• ウォレットアプリで署名する前のすべての取引詳細の確認
• お客様が行うすべての取引、貸付、および金融上の判断
• お客様の管轄地域の法令の遵守
• 暗号資産活動に伴うすべての納税義務

6. Copy Trading Disclaimer / コピートレード免責事項

The copy trading feature provides notifications only. When you "follow" a trader:

• Kairo Vault detects their on-chain trades and suggests a proportional mirror trade
• You must explicitly approve every trade in your wallet app (Xaman, Crossmark, etc.)
• No trade is ever executed without your manual approval
• Past performance of any trader does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your funds by copying another trader's strategy
• Kairo Vault is not liable for any losses resulting from copy trading

コピートレード機能は通知のみを提供します。トレーダーを「フォロー」すると：

• Kairo Vaultがオンチェーン取引を検出し、比例したミラー取引を提案します
• ウォレットアプリ（Xaman、Crossmarkなど）ですべての取引を明示的に承認する必要があります
• 手動での承認なしに取引が実行されることはありません
• トレーダーの過去の実績は、将来の結果を保証するものではありません
• 他のトレーダーの戦略をコピーすることにより、資金の一部またはすべてを失う可能性があります
• コピートレードによる損失について、Kairo Vaultは一切責任を負いません

7. Tax Disclaimer / 税務免責事項

Tax reports generated by Kairo Vault (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, France, US, Canada formats) are informational estimates only. They are not a substitute for professional tax advice. Tax laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently.

Kairo Vault is not a registered tax accountant (税理士) and does not provide tax advisory services under the Tax Accountant Act (税理士法). The tax features are transaction data organization and export tools, not tax advice. Consult a certified tax accountant (税理士) before filing your tax return.

Kairo Vaultが生成する税務レポート（日本、韓国、台湾、フランス、米国、カナダ形式）は、情報提供のみの推定値です。専門的な税務アドバイスの代替ではありません。税法は管轄地域によって異なり、頻繁に変更されます。

Kairo Vaultは税理士ではなく、税理士法に基づく税務顧問サービスを提供しません。税務機能は取引データの整理・エクスポートツールであり、税務アドバイスではありません。確定申告の前に、資格のある税理士にご相談ください。

8. No Warranty on Data Accuracy / データ精度の無保証

Kairo Vault displays data from the XRP Ledger, third-party price oracles (Flare FTSO, DIA, CoinGecko), and other external APIs. Price data, portfolio values, and transaction histories are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy:

• Prices may be delayed, stale, or inaccurate
• On-chain data depends on XRPL node availability
• P&L calculations, DCA estimates, and break-even prices are approximations
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on data shown in the dashboard

Kairo Vaultは、XRP Ledger、サードパーティの価格オラクル（Flare FTSO、DIA、CoinGecko）、およびその他の外部APIからデータを表示します。価格データ、ポートフォリオ価値、および取引履歴は「現状のまま」で提供されます。正確性に努めておりますが：

• 価格は遅延、陳腐化、または不正確な場合があります

9. Pro Subscription / Proサブスクリプション

• Pro costs $9/month with a 7-day free trial
• Payment via XRP on-chain or card (when available via Stripe)
• XRP subscriptions are non-refundable (blockchain transactions are irreversible)
• Card subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the customer portal
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

• Proの料金は月額$9で、7日間の無料トライアル付きです
• XRPオンチェーンまたはカード（Stripe経由で利用可能時）でお支払いいただけます
• XRPサブスクリプションは返金不可です（ブロックチェーン取引は不可逆です）
• カードサブスクリプションはカスタマーポータルからいつでもキャンセルできます
• 30日前の通知により価格を変更する権利を留保します

10. Prohibited Use / 禁止事項

You agree not to:

• Use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the service
• Use automated tools to overload the service (rate limits are enforced)
• Impersonate Kairo Vault or our team members
• Use the service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

以下の行為を禁止します：

• マネーロンダリング、テロ資金供与、その他の違法行為への利用
• サーバーまたは他のユーザーのデータへの不正アクセスの試み
• サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、またはスクレイピング
• 自動化ツールによるサービスの過負荷（レート制限が適用されます）
• Kairo Vaultまたはチームメンバーのなりすまし
• 市場操作またはウォッシュトレーディングへの利用
• セキュリティ対策またはアクセス制御の回避

11. Age Restriction / 年齢制限

Kairo Vault is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use this service.

Kairo Vaultは18歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。本サービスを利用することにより、お客様は18歳以上であることを表明し保証するものとします。18歳未満の方は、本サービスをご利用いただけません。

12. Limitation of Liability / 責任の制限

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAIRO VAULT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN ANY EVENT, KAIRO VAULT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO KAIRO VAULT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、Kairo Vaultおよびその運営者は、本サービスの利用に起因する間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害（利益、データ、またはデジタル資産の損失を含むがこれに限定されない）について一切責任を負いません。

本サービスは「現状のまま」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、および非侵害性を含む、明示または黙示のいかなる種類の保証もありません。

いかなる場合においても、Kairo Vaultのお客様に対する累積責任総額は、請求の原因となった事象の直前12ヶ月間にお客様がKairo Vaultに支払った合計金額を超えないものとします。

Note: Under Japan's Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法), liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct cannot be excluded.

注: 日本の消費者契約法に基づき、故意または重大な過失による責任を排除することはできません。

13. Indemnification / 補償

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kairo Vault and its operators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claims related to your use of the service.

お客様は、以下の事項に起因するすべての請求、損害、損失、責任、費用、および経費（合理的な弁護士費用を含む）について、Kairo Vaultおよびその運営者、取締役、従業員、代理人を免責し、防御し、損害を与えないことに同意するものとします：（a）本サービスの利用、（b）本規約の違反、（c）適用法令の違反、または（d）お客様の本サービスの利用に関連する第三者からの請求。

14. Service Modification & Termination / サービスの変更・終了

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or for any other reason.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes or discontinuation, but we are not obligated to do so. Kairo Vault shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

当社は、事前の通知の有無にかかわらず、いつでもサービスの一部を変更、一時停止、または中止する権利を留保します。また、本規約に違反した場合、またはその他の理由により、当社の独自の裁量でお客様のサービスへのアクセスを終了または一時停止することがあります。

重要な変更または中止について事前に通知するよう合理的な努力をいたしますが、その義務を負うものではありません。サービスの変更、一時停止、または中止について、Kairo Vaultはお客様または第三者に対して一切責任を負いません。

15. Modifications to Terms / 規約の変更

We may modify these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the dashboard or email.

当社はいつでも本規約を変更することがあります。変更は「最終更新日」に反映されます。変更後の継続利用は、更新された規約への同意を構成します。重要な変更については、ダッシュボードまたはメールでユーザーへの通知に合理的な努力をいたします。

16. Regulatory Status / 規制上の位置づけ

Kairo Vault is not registered as a Crypto Asset Exchange Service Provider (暗号資産交換業者) under Japan's Payment Services Act (資金決済法). This service does not custody, exchange, or intermediate crypto asset transactions. It is a read-only informational dashboard.

Kairo Vault is not registered under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (金融商品取引法) and does not provide investment advisory services (投資助言業).

Kairo Vaultは、日本の資金決済法に基づく暗号資産交換業者として登録されていません。本サービスは暗号資産の保管、交換、または仲介を行いません。読み取り専用の情報ダッシュボードです。

Kairo Vaultは金融商品取引法に基づく登録をしておらず、投資助言業のサービスは提供しません。

17. Accessibility / アクセシビリティ

We are committed to making Kairo Vault accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and JIS X 8341-3. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us at dane@kairovault.com.

18. Governing Law / 準拠法・管轄裁判所

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所) as the court of first instance.

本規約は日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。本規約に起因するまたは関連するすべての紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所として提出されるものとします。
