1. Nature of Service / サービスの性質

Kairo Vault is a read-only informational dashboard for the XRP Ledger. It is:

• Not a registered crypto asset exchange (暗号資産交換業者ではありません)
• Not a financial advisor, broker, or custodian (金融アドバイザー、ブローカー、カストディアンではありません)
• Not a lending protocol (レンディングプロトコルではありません)

We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrases. All wallet interactions are read-only. Transaction signing is performed exclusively through your connected wallet application.

当サービスはお客様の資金、秘密鍵、シードフレーズを保有・管理・アクセスすることはありません。すべてのウォレット操作は読み取り専用です。トランザクションの署名は、接続されたウォレットアプリケーションを通じてのみ行われます。

2. Crypto Asset Risks / 暗号資産のリスク

• Price volatility — Crypto asset prices can fluctuate dramatically in short periods. You may lose some or all of your investment.
• Regulatory risk — Laws and regulations governing crypto assets vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice, potentially affecting the value or legality of your holdings.
• Technology risk — Blockchain networks may experience bugs, forks, or outages. Smart contracts and DeFi protocols may contain vulnerabilities.
• Liquidity risk — Some tokens may have limited trading volume, making it difficult to buy or sell at desired prices.
• Counterparty risk — Third-party services (exchanges, bridges, DeFi protocols) may fail, be hacked, or become insolvent.
• Loss of access — If you lose your private keys or seed phrase, your funds may be permanently inaccessible.

3. Data Accuracy / データの正確性

Kairo Vault displays data from the XRP Ledger, third-party price oracles, and external APIs. While we strive for accuracy:

• Prices may be delayed, stale, or inaccurate
• Portfolio valuations are estimates based on available market data
• P&L calculations, DCA tracking, and break-even prices are approximations
• Token safety scores (Kairo Score) are algorithmic assessments, not guarantees
• Yield and APR displays reflect current conditions and may change at any time

Nothing displayed in Kairo Vault constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

5. Copy Trading Risks / コピートレードのリスク

The copy trading feature provides notifications only. Kairo Vault does not execute trades on your behalf. You must manually approve every transaction in your wallet application.

• Following another trader's strategy does not guarantee profits
• You may lose some or all of your funds
• Market conditions may change between notification and execution
• Slippage and network delays may affect trade outcomes

6. Tax Information / 税務情報

Tax reports and calculations provided by Kairo Vault (including Japan, US, UK, and other jurisdictions) are informational estimates only. They are not a substitute for professional tax advice.

7. DeFi Protocol Risks / DeFiプロトコルのリスク

Information displayed about DeFi protocols (AMM pools, lending, yield farming, staking) reflects on-chain data and does not constitute an endorsement. DeFi protocols carry additional risks including:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits
• Impermanent loss in liquidity pools
• Protocol governance changes
• Oracle manipulation
• Rug pulls and malicious token issuers

8. Japan-Specific Notice / 日本のお客様へ

For users in Japan (日本のユーザーの方へ):

• Kairo Vault is not registered as a Crypto Asset Exchange Service Provider (暗号資産交換業者) with the Japan Financial Services Agency (金融庁/JFSA).
• This service does not fall under the Payment Services Act (資金決済法) as it does not custody, exchange, or intermediate crypto asset transactions.
• Crypto asset gains in Japan are generally taxed as miscellaneous income (雑所得). Tax rates can be up to 55%. Consult a tax professional (税理士) for your specific situation.
• The Japan Virtual and Crypto Assets Exchange Association (JVCEA/日本暗号資産等取引業協会) provides consumer guidance at jvcea.or.jp.

9. Limitation of Liability / 免責事項

Kairo Vault and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Use of or reliance on information displayed in the dashboard
• Trading decisions made based on dashboard data
• Inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable data from third-party sources
• Technical failures, bugs, or service interruptions
• Actions of third-party wallet providers, exchanges, or protocols
